                  <p class="bodytext">You can embed PDFs as objects, or insert links to PDFs
                     in Contribute web pages. You can add rich PDF content ranging from
                     high resolution images to three-dimensional models on your website.
                     The PDFs may be available on your computer, or on a website. 
                  </p>
                  <p class="bodytext"><b>To insert a PDF from your computer:</b></p>

                        <td colspan="2">In the draft, place the insertion point where you want
                           the PDF document to appear.

                        <td colspan="2">Select <b>Insert &gt; PDF Document &gt; From My Computer</b>.

                        <td colspan="2">In the dialog box that appears, navigate to the required
                           PDF document, and then click <b>Open</b>.The Insert PDF Document
                           dialog box appears.

                        <td colspan="2">Select <b>Create a link to the PDF document</b> or <b>Insert the PDF as embedded object</b>.
                           <p class="bodytext"><strong>Note:</strong> The <b>Insert the PDF as embedded Object</b> option
                              in the Insert PDF Document dialog box is disabled if the Administrator
                              has selected the <b>Do not allow PDF Embedding</b> option for the
                              relevant web site connection.

                        <td colspan="2">(Optional) Select the <b>Remember this option and don't ask again</b> check
                           box, if it is required.

                        <td colspan="2">Click <b>OK</b>.If you inserted the PDF as an embedded
                           object, a message box appears indicating that some content of the
                           PDF is not accessible, and that some browsers may not render the
                           PDF content. Select the <b>Don't warn me again</b> check box, if
                           it is required, and then click <b>OK</b>.The link to the
                           PDF or the content of the embedded PDF appears at the insertion
                           point in the draft. If you inserted the PDF as a link, the name
                           of the PDF file appears as the linked text.

                           <p class="bodytext"><strong>Note:</strong> You
                              can use the <b>Insert &gt; PDF Document &gt; From Website</b> option
                              only if you have an active website.
                           </p>The Choose PDF Document
                           on Website dialog box appears.

                        <td colspan="2">Double-click the web address and navigate to the folder containing
                           the PDF you want to insert. Select the required PDF and click <b>OK</b>.Depending
                           on the user preference you have defined, the PDF is inserted as
                           a link or an embedded object.

                              drag and drop a PDF file from Windows Explorer to your website draft.
