                  <p class="bodytext">You can create a new blog entry from selected content in
                     a Microsoft Office document, create a link to the selected content
                     from a blog entry, or convert a Microsoft Office document to a PDF
                     document, and post the PDF document to a new blog entry.
                  </p>
                  <p class="bodytext"><b>To create a new blog entry from a Microsoft Office document:</b></p>

                        <td colspan="2">Open a document in Microsoft Word or Excel.</td>

                        <td colspan="2">Select the content you want to post to a blog entry in Contribute.</td>
                     </tr>

                        <td align="left" width="8"><b>3.</b></td>
                        <td colspan="2">Select <b>Contribute &gt; Post to Blog</b>.The Insert
                           Microsoft Office Document dialog box appears.
                        </td>

                        <td colspan="2">Select one of the following options:

                                 <td><b>Convert to PDF and embed the PDF as Object</b>  to convert the selected document into a PDF, and embed the

                        <td colspan="2">(Optional) Select the <b>Remember this setting and don’t ask again</b> check
                           box if you do not want to be asked about the insert option in the
                           future.

                        <td colspan="2">Click <b>OK</b>.The selected content appears in the
                           Contribute draft of your blog entry, or a link to the selected content
                           is inserted in the draft. If you converted the document to a PDF,
                           Contribute inserts a link to the PDF, or embeds the PDF as an object.
