    <td><p class="bodytext"><strong>Publish a Microsoft Office document in Contribute</strong></p>

<p class="bodytext">You can publish documents from Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook e-mail reader to your website without opening the Contribute application. You can also associate templates with these documents before publishing them.</p><p class="bodytext">Here’s how you publish MS Office documents on your website.</p><p class="bodytext"><b>To publish a document from Microsoft Office to your website:

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>You cannot publish a selection in an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook if the message format is Plain Text.</td>

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>Before you publish, you must save the document if you made any changes.</td>

<td colspan="2">If you do not choose a template, the last used template is associated with the document you are currently opening. However, if a template you select does not match the template on the server, Contribute displays the Download Template dialog box. You can do one of the following:</td>

<td width="703">Click the <b>Publish using the old template</b> button to publish the document using the old template.</td>

<td width="703">Click the <b>Download and Publish</b> button to update the template with changes from the server, and then publish the document.</td>

<td colspan="2">Select a template from the list of available templates.</td>

<td colspan="2">The Preview of the selected template appears in the Preview pane.</td>

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>While creating a new page, if you select a template which does not match the template on the server, Contribute prompts you to confirm whether you want to create the page based on the old template. If you click <b>Yes</b>, the new page is created based on the old template. However, if you click <b>No</b>, the selected template is updated, and then the page is created.</td>

<td colspan="2">Select a template region from the list of editable regions available in the selected template.</td>

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>If the selected template does not have editable regions, the <b>Select the template region</b> list will be empty.</td>

<td colspan="2">This list is disabled if you select the _blank template.</td>

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>After selecting a template to use, you must select a template region. If you select a template to use and click <b>OK</b>, then the first editable region in the <b>Select the template region</b> list is selected.</td>

<td colspan="2">Click the <b>Refresh Templates</b> button, and select one of the following options to update your list of templates and editable regions in a selected template:</td>

<td colspan="2">(Optional) Clear the <b>Publish current selection only</b> check box to publish the whole document instead of the selection.</td>

<td colspan="2">Contribute publishes the document to your website, and a confirmation dialog box appears.</td>
