<p class="bodytext">You can embed PDFs as objects, or insert links to PDFs in Contribute web pages. You can add rich PDF content ranging from high resolution images to three-dimensional models on your website. The PDFs may be available on your computer, or on a website. </p><p class="bodytext"><b>To insert a PDF from your computer:
</b></p>

<td colspan="2">In the dialog box that appears, navigate to the required PDF document, and then click <b>Open</b>.</td>

<td colspan="2"><b>Note: </b>The <b>Insert the PDF as embedded Object</b> option in the Insert PDF Document dialog box is disabled if the Administrator has selected the <b>Do not allow PDF Embedding</b> option for the relevant web site connection.</td>

<td colspan="2">(Optional) Select the <b>Remember this option and don&#39;t ask again</b> check box, if it is required.</td>

<td colspan="2">If you inserted the PDF as an embedded object, a message box appears indicating that some content of the PDF is not accessible, and that some browsers may not render the PDF content. Select the <b>Don&#39;t warn me again</b> check box, if it is required, and then click <b>OK</b>.</td>

<td colspan="2">Double-click the web address and navigate to the folder containing the PDF you want to insert. Select the required PDF and click <b>OK</b>.</td>

<td colspan="2">Depending on the user preference you have defined, the PDF is inserted as a link or an embedded object. </td>
